Who are the Observers Associates?

They are the governing bodies of BRT and ITS that are not yet at the stage of operation, but they have projects that the financing decision have been approved, and are under implementation. The Observers Associate may become Full Members when the systems that they are in charge come into operation step, and the General Assembly of the Association accepted the corresponding request.
